Khalif Kairo, the flamboyant Kenyan car dealer and influencer known for his social media presence has once again found himself in the nasty grips of law enforcement over car fraud allegations.
On January 11, 2025, Kairo was arrested by the police following complaints from a client who purchased a vehicle from him that was later repossessed due to an outstanding loan.
The vehicle in question, a 2014 Volvo V40, was sold under the impression that it was free of any financial encumbrances, a claim now proven false by the buyer’s ordeal according to documents seen by the ONPoint News Team.
Kairo was supposed to leave for New York to meet investors according to reliable social sources. However, he might have to cancel or postpone the journey after the incident.
