The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced more than 500 job openings for interested applicants to apply. The positions range from senior managerial to entry-level openings, and everyone is encouraged to try their luck. In this article, we have broken down the basic requirements and the application process.
Social Health Authority (SHA) replaced the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) under President William Ruto and has been going through constant change and expansion in order to provide better services to Kenyans. In order to do that, they need more manpower, and that is why they are hiring.
This recruitment drive is more than an opportunity to secure employment. It represents an opportunity to be part of a mission that improves healthcare for Kenyans as one of the pillars of the Kenya Kwanza government.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through the official Social Health Authority website before October 2, 2025.
Applications will be reviewed carefully, and shortlisted applicants will be posted to ensure transparency in the process. It is important to note that all the positions are offered on a permanent and pensionable basis.
