The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has declared 109 internship vacancies for diploma and bachelor’s degree graduates.
Through an advert on its website, the JSC noted that the 12-month program is open to unemployed Kenyan youths aged between the ages of 18 and 35 years old. They are targeting youths who have not been exposed to work experience related to the area of study within two years of graduation.
“The internship program will offer opportunities for the graduates to consolidate and translate the skills learned from their training into meaningful, relevant, and practical on-the-job experience,” the advert stated in part.
Monthly Stipend and Job Description
The judicial commission revealed degree holders will be paid a monthly stipend of KSh 25,000, while diploma holders will earn KSh 20,000.
Among the vacancies are office administration (secretarial services) and Information Communication & Technology (application development) interns.

The graduate internship program areas of work will include:
- Information Communication & Technology (application development) – 12 posts
- Office administration (secretarial services) – 20 posts
- Supply chain management – 20 posts
- Information science and records management services – 9 posts
- Building services (mechanical, architecture, and electrical engineering) – 3 posts
The diploma internship program areas of work will include:
- Office administration (secretarial services) – 25 posts
- Information Communication & Technology – 12 posts
- Supply chain management – 8 posts
- Information science and records management services – 9 posts
- Building services (structural, architecture, and construction) -3 posts
