X influencer and businessman Khalif Kairo is once again the talk of the town after claiming that he’s a billionaire.
Kairo, who is always the talk of the town on the Kenyan internet is not new to controversies. This time he had a rough time after one of the X users asked him to explain how he is a billionaire.
The user by the name of African Bantu asked, “How are you a billionaire? How much are you worth in assets?” and Kairo didn’t hesitate to respond.
In his defense, the controversial business mogul said that he has a conservative valuation north of Ksh 2 billion.
What is conservative valuation?
A conservative valuation is an approach that aims to err on the side of caution, providing a more realistic and potentially lower valuation of assets.
In basic terms, it’s more of an idea or concept than an ideal asset. If the idea works the valuation is actualized.
This is a new concept to many and therefore had people in limbo trying to understand what he meant.
Khalif Kairo also mentioned that the idea has been in use by some South African and Malaysian companies and has proven successful. “My vision is crazy. Very few can see it,” he stated.
Kairo operates a car-selling business by the name Kaiandkaro. Recently he has been on the hotspot after claims of him defaulting on car deliveries. He was even arrested by according to him those are normal business struggles that he’s sure to overcome.
