Equity Bank Kenya Limited, is a licensed financial services provider by the Central Bank of Kenya, the national banking regulator.
The job vacancies range from managerial roles to technical support roles, among others.

1. Business Transformation Head
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Business Administration or any other relevant business field.
- Experience in Business Processes, Process Engineering, Operations Management
- At least 15 years of experience supporting process change projects across varying business areas.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, preferably in a multi-country context.
- Strategic in mindset
- Ability to steer process analysis and review and incorporate messaging and feedback channels.
- Good facilitation skills
2. Assistant Communications Manager
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in audiovisual production
- Proven track record in corporate communications
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise with Canon and Nikon cameras for video and photography
- Experience with cinema cameras and detachable lenses
- Knowledge of on-location audio equipment (lapel, lavalier setups)
3. Channel Support Specialist
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related qualification.
- Knowledge of E-banking platforms.
- Ability to carry out integrations through completion of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and various stakeholders to accomplish tasks in heterogeneous 24×7 high-availability operations environments, with significant levels of direct customer interaction.
- Knowledge of UNIX and Linux systems support is a MUST, and administration and Linux scripting are an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience working with Databases: Oracle PLSQL, MySQL.
4. Group Business Analyst- Supply Chain
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Related courses
- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics or Finance & operations
- Certifications in Supply chain and Business Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Business Reporting within the supply chain.
- Self-empowerment enables the development of open communication, teamwork, and trust that are needed to support performance.
- Organizational skills: the ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and work under pressure and without supervision.
- Teamwork: ability to work independently while at the same time being an active team player.
- Personal Ethics: Must be honest and with a high level of integrity
- Self-driven, able to make decisions, initiative, and innovative in executing work.
- Communication skills: ability to resolve disputes amicably, meet deadlines, and professionally respond to queries and concerns
5. Transformational Portfolio Head
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in BBIT, Program Management, or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in business transformation and change incorporating significantly sized projects
- Experience in developing and implementing business reform and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, preferably in a multi-country context.
- Strategic in mindset
- Good facilitation skills
6. Conformance and Assurance Head
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management
- At least 7 years experience in compliance, risk management, or audit roles within the financial services industry, well-rounded across business functions.
- Professional compliance or audit qualifications are preferred.
7. Entreprise Architect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in BBIT or related field that provides an academic balance between business and IT
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in a competitive international setup;
- Experience in business transformation and change incorporating significantly sized projects
- Experience in developing and implementing business reform and optimization architecture projects with proven experience in supporting process change projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, preferably in a multi-country context.
- Strategic in mindset
