Lillian came into the limelight when Alfred Mutua, introduced her as Machakos County first lady back in 2013. Mutua and Lillian were together for 10 years before things went south.
Lillian and Alfred Mutua officially announced their separation on August 15, 2021. Alfred Mutua, the current CS for Labour and Social Protection is a former Machakos Governor and government spokesman. For a man his stature, he felt that Lillian had publicly humiliated him when he moved on with singer and activist.
She met Juliani in June 2021 and a steamy romantic relationship began. Lilian, who is a serial entrepreneur, held a press conference on November 4, 2021, detailing her dramatic separation.

Juliani in subsequent interviews revealed that it was Lillian who made the first move. She asked for the Dandora-raised rapper’s phone number when they first met. She also initiated the first conversations through texts. He insists that he had already broken up with Mutua and that he did not break their marriage.
Juliani and Lillian officially went public about their relationship on September 3, 2021, after dramatic incidents with Alfred Mutua, who according to Juliani kept harassing him. He even had to report the matter to the police for investigation and protection.
Lillian filed a case at the High Court at Milimani seeking a restraining order against Mutua citing her life was in danger and making it clear that the two were not legally married.

In February 2022, in a serene garden affair, the two tied the knot at an invite-only wedding held at Paradise Lodge on February 2, 2022.
The wedding which was supposed to be very low-key and private, ended up online when someone who was having a picnic at their wedding venue, circulated a photo that went viral.
