Miguna Miguna has poked holes into the legitimacy of Raila Odinga’s degree that has been circulating for the last 24 hours.
Raila Odinga shared the degree after Deputy President William Ruto dared him to make public his academic records.
While addressing a UDA Rally in Nairobi on Thursday 16, DP scrutinized the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate’s academic papers, forcing Mr. Odinga to act by letting out his papers to the public.
In a contrary opinion, the fierce Raila Odinga critique, Miguna Miguna alleges that the degree is illegitimate.
According to him, Raila Odinga’s degree is not German. He also says that a legitimate German degree cannot be written in English.
“No legitimate degree refers to the recipient as “Graduate Engineer.” A degree in Engineering does not confer a license to practice engineering. The year and name of a university differ from the conman’s CV,” the former NASA General revealed.
Raila Odinga’s education background has been a topic of discussion for a while with Miguna, on several occasions claiming the Former Prime Minister never completed school.
According to Miguna, Raila did Welding and not Engineering. He further alleged that the ODM leaders’ names appeared incorrectly on the degree.
“Moreover, conman RailaOdinga’s name is not “Oginga.” His name is Raila Amolo Odinga,” he said.
The Raila Odinga released degree shows he graduated as a Graduate Engineer in the Faculty of Metal Processing Engineering from the Otto Von Guericke Technical University Magdeburg, Germany.
The University was formerly known as Technical University Magdeburg.
