Former presidential candidate Mwalimu Mohammed Abduba Dida has alleged that president Uhuru Kenyatta’s phone number might be harbouring Fuliza.
He said this on Twitter while responding to another tweet from someone Joshua K. Njenga. Njenga had a suggestion concerning the World Bank Loan where he suggested that every Kenyan should be getting a share of his money in their M-Pesa instead of sending it via Treasury CS, Ukur Yatani.
“Dear World Bank, When you lend us 47B and send it to Ukur Yatani, haifiki. In future, divide it by 47M, and send every Kenyan 1K by Mpesa. Kila mtu alipe yake,” Njenga’s tweet read.
In response, Mwalimu Dida had a different thought. He suggested that the money better be sent to the Deputy President, William Ruto. This is because he claims the president is having Fuliza.
“Hiyo pesa watume ata kwa number ya Ruto, number ya Uhuru iko na fuliza (That money should be sent to DP’s number. Uhuru’s number has Fuliza),” he said.
Fuliza is a service that allows M-PESA customers to complete their M-PESA transactions when they have insufficient funds in their M-PESA account.
Is it possible that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s phone
has Fuliza? Does he even know about the service and if it exists? Well, maybe but I don’t think.
Mwalimu Dida further claims that unlike Uhuru, money from the DP will reach the common citizens.
“Also, l think he is the only one giving money to Kenyans right now. He will keep some of it but at least mama mboga and boda boda operators will get something,” he added.
