Willy Paul Writes a Painful Message to President Uhuru

Musician Willy Paul has called out President Uhuru Kenyatta asking him to unlock the country and let people resume their normal routine so that they can be able to work, feed their families and pay bills.

About a month ago, President Uhuru Kenyatta introduced new Covid-19 measures to help curb the third wave currently being witnessed in the country.

The new regulatory measures have not gone well with the majority especially from the affected counties like Nairobi. Kenyans have been calling out the head of state to unlock the country.

Artist Willy Paul has joined the bandwagon as he writes to the president over the same issue.

In a post, Willy Pozze, as known by his fans penned a post complaining to Mr Uhuru.

“Mr President, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. Kenyans are suffering more than ever. Kenyans elected you with hopes of a better life, not what they are going through right now,” he wrote.

According to Willy Paul, the president needs to share the pain Kenyans are going through by lifting the curfew.

“Now that you have locked this country and the curfew is still alive, how do you expect people to survive Mr President?” he asks. “I am not buying that. Unlock our country, sir! We want to work, make money, feed our families and pay our bills.”
