Jambojet Starts Weekly Flights to Zanzibar

Jambojet officially launched four weekly flights to Zanzibar from Mombasa on July 1st, 2024. The airline which prides itself in low-cost is targeting the increasing number of tourists flying into the Tanzanian island.

The four flights will depart to Zanzibar on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday and will cost Kshs 28,420 (about Tshs 591,861.61) for a return ticket. The trip will start at Moi International Airport, Mombasa to Zanzibar’s Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (AAKIA).

He said the new arrangement is in tandem with their 10th anniversary early next year. Additionally, the route will be a backbone of regional trade by offering a swift and reliable means for transporting goods, benefiting businesses, and contributing to economic growth in both Kenya and Tanzania through Cargo service.

 The route also offers connections to Nairobi, Dubai, Frankfurt, Milan, and other destinations.
