1. UAE Key Account Manager
The candidate will promote KQ Cargo on the phone to ensure cargo capacities and revenue are maximized while meeting the set targets and ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through providing high-standard customer service and representation of KQ Cargo.
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Certification in Microsoft Office package -Outlook, Word, Excel
- Relevant industry certification-Cargo Skills and DGR are added advantages.
- Experience delivering service in a demanding consumer environment.
- 5 years of airfreight-related experience with bias on customer service.
2. Operations Manager – Fahari Aviation
The UAS Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Enterprise Solutions Division within Fahari Aviation. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in UAS technology, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to manage and scale UAS operations effectively.
The ideal candidate must ensure a high-performing team of UAS Operators and support crew through the development and implementation of operational standards, professional development, and leadership for a safe, legal, and efficient operation of Fahari Aviation UAS that meets the operational requirements of the ROC.
3. Shift Leader Laundry Shop
The Laundry Shop shift leader will ensure maximum comfort and hygiene for customers by ensuring the best quality of laundered aircraft furnish and linen.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, catering, or hotel management.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds unaided (healthy & fit)
- Driving licence
- Certificate/diploma in computer studies
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
4. Technical Instructor
The candidate Conduct all technical courses within His/her discipline as required to meet the needs of Kenya Airways and customer operators
5. Administrative Assistant-Line Maintenance
The successful applicant will provide full secretarial and administrative support services to the Line Maintenance section to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

6. Aircraft Tech
Kenya Airways needs an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to examine, repair, modify, rectify, replace, and test systems. Compliance with KCAA laws and company standards, cost-efficiency, and schedule integrity across the KQ fleet and third-party operators are required.

- Completed a recognized apprentice or
- Holds relevant KNEC Engineering Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- KCSE aggregate C+ with C+ in math, English, and physics.
- 3 years aircraft maintenance experience or 2 years apprentice program.
7. Line Maintenance Technician
The candidate will ensure world-class standards of the cabin and IFE systems for guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for the safe driving and care of KQ vehicles and property. He/she will always comply with the traffic regulations and the Organizations’ policies and regulations on vehicle Management and the Kenya Traffic Act CAP 403, Laws of Kenya.

- Completed a recognized apprentice program or
- KNEC Engineering Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- 3 years aircraft maintenance experience or 2 years apprentice program.
9. Laundry Officer (4283)
The successful applicant will provide high-quality laundered materials to maximize guest comfort and hygiene.
10. Supervisor-Sub Stores (Including Outstation)
Kenya Airways needs a Sub-Stores Supervisor. The individual will manage the supply chain, receive and ship goods, and fulfill productivity goals.
The functions entail managing temperature-controlled parts and hazardous materials, workplace safety, and building and stock security. The candidate will assign tasks, prepare reports, and oversee performance using KPIs.
