Kenya’s Hip-Hop rapper Kennedy Ombima popularly known as King Kaka has showered his wife Nana Owiti with lots of praises for taking good care of him while he was hospitalized for three months.
King Kaka revealed that he lost 33 Kgs after he was misdiagnosed but all the tests came out negative. Despite not revealing the exact illness King said he had started hospital visits and was recovering well.
For the three months that he was sick, one person stood by him and that was Nana Owiti, his wife. King Kaka disclosed this in a long appreciation post dedicated to the wife.
“The last three months has been nothing short but terrifying. This lady here, Nana Owiti has shown and proven what a wife and a best friend is,” the post read.
The post further talks of how Nana could sleep on the couch next to him and also took shower in the same hospital before proceeding to her job on Switch TV where she is a host.
In the post, The Wajinga Sisi hitmaker says that Nana could sometimes fall out with nurses for being ‘slow’ but adds that it was only because she wanted him to be okay.
“…Fighting with Nurses on why they are ‘slow’ to praying and encouraging me to eat, to sponge-bathing me when the temperatures were too high…” King wrote.
King Kaka is married to Nana Owiti and together they have three children; Gweth, Ayanna and Iroma Ombima.
“I am currently walking on that road to recovery but I pray that God guides you and grants you all your hearts’ wishes & Desires,” King Kaka added. “Just leant the new meaning of the word ‘Partner’ in a relationship. Be blessed and Asante Nana.”
